It is difficult to use and the main is search does not work as intended and backspace. There are some forms where these two mentioned don't work and highly difficult in terms of usage.

There are sometimes outages, since we are using a cloud based product, and those do cause some orders to go through without the correct taxes being charged.

What I like least about ONESOURCE is that there are some missing returns and the helpdesk situation is awful. We have had several tickets open for months with no movement.

It produces a good return for filing and has a great added benefit of a MA estate tax option to create the MA estate tax return after the federal estate tax return is complete.

The buttons and rows do not make sense. It is hard to find my PTO balance other looking at my past paycheck sheets.

The support has always been good though. The people are polite and knowledgeable for the most part, and they do get back to you quickly when you have a problem.

The support team actively look into the matter whenever I reach out.
