Pros

Great customer service, easy to use and we have quite complicated approval set ups and cost centres. The team was great in helping set this up.
It was incredibly easy to implement and the support we received from the whole Web expenses team was excellent and led to this landing within our company very positively.
The website continues to become more user friendly and their resources for troubleshooting are great.

Pros

Most importantly, the search is very comprehensive and there are many selections to choose from. Support is also amazing and can help with booking or other issues.
I love the swift and helpful communication that accompanies this service. I have reached out a few times for support, and each time a representative has been incredibly helpful and responsive.
It's easy to use and find what you need and the filters are great. Also the customer service is prompt and very helpful and friendly.

Cons

Unable to label receipts before uploading, only 2 VAT codes, failed transfers can only be reloaded by support.
For example attaching a receipt immediately closes that claim item , so if you need to amend other details, too bad you have to find it and reopen it, a few things like this were a bit weird.
Many give up and just do it on paper/excel and give it to an admin person to suffer through for them. I guess that says it all.

Cons

Some of us have gotten a bit confused with the combination of trips... if you book a hotel separate from your air reservation, we got confused trying to combine them.
There wasn't anything that really stuck out to me as being 'bad.
You must call the airline after the reservation is made. Minor annoyance and most likely a requirement of the airline industry.
