Pros

The ease of creating a quote, changing it to an invoice once the client has accepted it, is a great add on. The ability to add inventory items on the fly is very welcoming.
Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.
On the dashboard you can see clearly, outstanding invoices and overdue invoices. This is essential for our team to access these numbers quickly and clearly.

Pros

I tested lots of other systems, and while not perfect, Brightpearl seems to be the best of them.
We have just integrated Magento which works perfectly and links direct to our website. I would also recommend watching the you tube videos as these are very helpful in the beginning.
BrightPearl has been very useful for helping us with our inventory tracking and reporting. The customer service is awesome, they respond very quickly with any question/comment we may have.

Cons

Remember clear that when there was some technical problem the take no accountability. First It made me angry but then everything arranged.
Constant problems with integrated software for synching with bank & transactions. EXTREMELY poor customer service and it's ALWAYS the other software regardless of the problem.
There is no simple customer sales reports available. Quite ridiculous for a financial platform.

Cons

Immensely frustrating when the supprt team offer no fixes to our problems. The bigger we grow the more severe the consequences of their bugs and issues.
Brightpearl charges a hefty price (more than $10K) for onboarding data, setup and training and both are disappointing. Data migration is complex because Brightpearl keeps its data in an uncommon way.
We believe this issue has now been resolved for the errors seen importing and exporting data from Brightpearl. We do apologise for this issue occurring and the disruption to your business.
