The app does not sync well with the web portal and it is quite tricky to add a different payment method used.

Receipt scanning misreads dates, amounts and vendors.   And technical support is USELESS!

So I pop in to export my files and to my disappointment I couldn't because I had cancelled the subscription.

I tried to change users/permissions to pay less per month and they wouldn't allow me.

Rydoo is another travel and expense management app that our office is trying out.

I think overall it is easy to use and gets the job done.

I go to cancel and realize it's one day past the day they had renewed my subscription for a year.
