I’ve used it over the years as they keep improving it. I usually like the improvements.
I like the way it helps me track my income and expence’s. I like that it helps me invoice my customers. It makes me look very professional. Customizable invoice layout is pretty easy.
The price is steep. I think Intuit’s similar product is $300. Some times when I convert an estimate to invoice it brings up another invoice. The sales tax has to be added each time even though I have saved items I repeatedly enter.

I used for 12 years and it offered me a professional looking invoice.
I was able to custom design my invoices which added to the professional appearance of my business.
I didn’t have any dislikes for the software. It was constantly upgraded and easy to use.

I use this software as an independent contractor when sending invoices for my own services, whether that be personal training hours, or outside projects I am commissioned to do. The software makes this an extremely quick, easy and straightforward process.
I haven’t come across any issues with the software. I am primarily using it for invoice creation and invoice tracking, and haven’t had any issues with either of those features.

Invoices2go is a very easy invoice system with limited features. It is a solid invoice system but not many bells and whistles. Easy to send to customers. Quotes can also be approved online from customers or office staff can approve to move it forward.
The software is very intuitive and does not need much training to know how to use and access the data, send invoices or create quotes. Easy to post payments without going into each invoice.
The reporting options are very limited and it would be beneficial to be able to have more options to customize reports. It is frustrating that there is no way to make notes related to communications with customers. Another option would be to actually see the actual emails sent from the system. There is only the "sent" notation but you can't actually see the emails or dates sent from the system. There was a feature to set appointments from within the software that was a great feature but then went away with an upgrade. It has come back but there was notification of the changes so workarounds had to be implemented outside of the software.

Recommend the product. It works very well, and keeps track on non payments.
It is easy to set up and use. The ability to use it on web, phone or tablet makes it a winner. So I can quote, invoice anywhere anytime. Invoice 2 go integrates with Xero which is very helpful for accounting.
The product is not very customizable. It would be great to have "fit to page" functions when doing a estimate or invoice etc.

I have used Invoice2go fro my personal business for years. It's very affordable and easy to create/provide invoices for my clients. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a basic tool for billing purposes
It is super easy to use and you can generate an invoice with very little effort
The designs available are limited and allow for very little customization

As an app on my IPad I find it very easy to use and manage . Customer support is very good and the app is regularly updated.
An easy inexpensive way for small businesses to invoice their customers and produce monthly financial reports and statements.
There is nothing I can say that I don't like about the software.

Nice templates, relatively pain-free invoice creation and submission, decent reports that help my accountant file my taxes.
It does not take rates out to 3 decimal places. Mileage rates are always out to 3 decimal places. Therefore, every invoice I submit is incorrect and payments are impossible to reconcile. I used to be able to enter mileage rates to 3 decimal places but with recent updates that option is no longer available. I've begged them to change this but so far they have not. Their responses list all the wonderful features of their app, which is not responsive. Also, there are occasional sync issues so invoices created on one device do not show on another. This causes endless wasted hours recreating invoices. The desktop app is unreliable. I'm a long-time user but I'm now searching for a better invoicing program.
