They have terrible customer service. They require you to chat for all problems and they basically send you articles to read to figure it out for yourself.

The absolute worst part of this company is they do not let anyone converse through any median except texting via the program. No phone support or email.

Even, the [SENSITIVE CONTENT]  took 3 weeks to respond and doesn't even answer our concerns. When I asked to be refunded for monies charged, she did not reply.

I'd say find another program. I'm too far in at this point to cancel but I deeply regret ever signing up for this service.

Everyone has to make adjustments. The company has made more effort in ensuring they will not have to deal with them then helping.

The inventory is a hassle, EMR is just bad, it has trouble with accounting, not enough spaces for the numbers to be in so it does not calculate correctly and for 300$ a month just no.

I have being using this company for about 10 years. Everyone there is fantastic and very helpful.

The software is simple to navigate and easy to learn. The actual set up was easy to install with the help of a great Tech team.
