ALIS updates every few months, and every time it updates, we have small glitches in our programs. These are minor, but can be annoying.

If is annoying rather than a serious problem because the notes are archived, and we can still access them.

Once set up it was nice to be able to leave messages about the events that happened per resident. You could even tag specific people or departments in those messages.

We are solving an integration and a transparency issue for our residents and corporate oversight.
