The schedule is versatile and user friendly, I once thought of switching for the convenience of my billing company and almost had a mutiny amongst the staff.

Sometimes they don't respond at all. Our most recent problems have been going on for weeks, but no resolution.

You have to leave a message and they don't get back with you for a couple days. The same goes for email.

Customer service is just terrible, they removed themselves from google so that you can see how poorly they were being rated.

Nevertheless, it is a powerful system and a joy to use. I highly recommend Elation EMR for a small to medium sized practice looking for an easy-to-learn, easy-to-use system.

Excellent program for safe and secure medical communication between patient and doctor. Easy to use and faster responses available on both ends.

Elation has been orders of magnitude better than the others. It's intuitive, easy to learn, the patient portal works well, and importantly our revenue jumped 30% after we started using it.

Unhappy only with mostly provider service when ongoing issues and cannot speak to live person. And lack of follow through on options such as online booking they had explicitly stated upon signing up.

Software is easy to use and cloud based. Elation staff has been very supportive.

When I joined they had great auto text reminders for appts and a great option to hire a part time employee.

Difficult- regret using them, I did not expect them to remove the very features that I required in an EMR and very clearly communicated to them at onset.

The search function is intelligent and well-implemented. Free integrations with lab interfaces to allow lab data to be imported as data instead of as images of faxed pages.

I have been trying to deal with this problem since early May and it is now July 13. Incredibly frustrating and I would not recommend this product to other physicians.

The lack of customer service. I have been handed off several times.

It's easy to work with, fast, intuitive for me, and adaptable enough for my personal preferences. It helps me get my work done with the least amount of hassle.

Still no recall system and no lab interface with Quest or LabCorps.
