Something that has been troublesome for me is the inability to add minors under a parent's name, and also that the parent's name is attached/fixed to the minor's name so we don't have to scroll through and add a parent's name for billing/invoicing.

We are using Carepatron for a clinic-based setting, so the option for clinicians to delete some of the templates, clients, etc. isn't ideal.
