During my time with them, Family Healthcare associates has used a lot of other Patient Portals, and as a patient, I can say that I do prefer this Athena Patient Portal.

I called your corporate billing, the local billing and went to the local office who inputted incorrectly my billing and insurance information.

However, there is an option in settings that allows you to enable, still it does feel a little tedious.

What I least like about Athena is how it freezes when I go to print an insurance card or a form scanned in under ones chart.

In a nutshell, the portal is incredibly slow and very glitchy requiring me to reload the page often and take longer than expected to utilize basic components.
