I like Availity and the way it's organized better than other Insurance lookup portals.

locked out of site, 2 factor authentication not working by phone, cannot get customer service to fix my login  despite 4 calls all lasting 40-50 mins.

Some time insurance request a medical records to review a per payment review in this part and filling appeal through portal you are facing some extra time need to improve more
