The software is great with respect to reconciliation of claims and getting real-time profitability & performance. Integration with our app is flawless for refills.
The worst part of their software is whenever they update the version it has tons of issues and they have the worst customer service ever.
This last update has improved many things that were safety and quality concerns. Software is improving with time.
POS is non existing, double billing is a pain, compound billing is a nightmare, perpetual inventory no matter what is done is error prone, crashing systems.
Very easy and friendly to use, we loves the windows and all the nice functions.
Boxed error messages that come up sometimes which show flaws in programming. Dual billing insurances are a two step process.
They also have a lot of training videos online, and they offer training classes as well. Their customer support is great and have been able to resolve my issues quickly.
You have to manually pull report of what was filled in last month and go through it and refill again. EDI set up for ordering medication is horrible.
The fact that integrates with everything is amazing. They have a POS system, they also have a Delivery module, specialty module just to name some.
Stay away from this software, very very poor customer service.
And great supporting staff when needed. Software updated frequently, price schedule and third party processing information.

My staff, MTs and clients have been very happy with the services that Arrendale has provided. IT and customer service support have been outstanding from day one.
After our last upgrade, we lost the Document Content function. We really miss it and are very disappointed we no longer have it.
I am very happy with my decision to switch to Transcript Advantage and very much appreciate the excellent attention to detail the company provides.
The only thing I would change would be that some of the dictations will get stuck on phones and down load 1-2 days latter.
We have been very happy with the product. The best part is the customer service and quick response any time we have a question or need help.
Having worked on multiple different transcription platforms, I can't honestly say I have any cons to point out about this particular product.

I really like the batch printing is nice to use for patients that I have to send weekly progress notes to insurance companies. Customer service support is very helpful when we need them.
You have to basically create 3 separate notes when performing a more exhaustive evaluation instead of it all being on one form. Does add time and burden to documentation.
This is a great program, very user friendly (works like any Windows-based program with similar menus and functions) and well worth the cost. I highly recommend you consider it.
The only times that it's bad, is when the internet is slow, which is usually during lunch. But after or before you do get your response.
The team at Optima is always pleasant and willingly to assist to address our needs. It's ability to integrate with our partners is an added plus and important feature.
The scheduler has a "twitch" on one facility location. The screen bounces up and down until you widen the screen and then it stops.
The built-in coding algorithm, combined with improved documentation, has allowed for an improvement in revenue. I like the fact that the wizards and templates are fully customizable and editable.
The adjustments of payment sometimes can be confusing.
That is truly appreciated from a manager stand point. Our therapy staff here a very pleased with this EMR.

I found Optina very very easy to initially learn and figure out how to navigate. Very functional to use and has good builds to make each note unique.
Once all systems are in place, it is very easy to use. In 6 months, I continue to feel confident that my claims are transmitted quickly and correctly.
I found that this software is very user friendly. Functions are easy to manipulate.

I recommend LS for any start up, mid size enterprise or a high scale enterprise, trust me on this looks like words of ease in praising the apps, But in fact it is a True Value Addition.
Some features are missing at the time of this review but not going to mention them as I know they are in the pipeline.
My sales and marketing team are quite excited by the effectiveness of the tool - and our witnessed business growth is a strong testimonial.
Integration with other MIS softwares is a bit of a pain. Emailer campaign setup could be a little easier.
Kudos to the LeadSquared team for developing an excellent software. I would strongly recommend LeadSquared to anybody that is looking for a great lead management tool with an excellent ROI.
Sometimes due to server issues call recordings are not available which causes difficulties in tracking and follow up.
Marketing automation (including auto responders, website widgets etc) and lead insights all at a good price. Customer Service is great and very responsive.
It is very difficult to work with constant number of contacts in big organization.
Easy to navigate, user friendly interface, very good tool for marketing automation. Create list on various parameters is a very useful feature.
It is very handy and hassle free software. Being as a administrator of the software in our organization I can say that is it very easy to adopt and our users are very friendly with this software.
Integration was easy and the flexibility we had in establishing lead status was a great benefit.
The sales dashboard is easy to create and excellent to pull reports. It is a cutting-adge tool that supports every type of technology integration.

Customer service is also worth commenting upon since the escalations were taken priority and resolved in the committed timeline.
Landing page creation is easy and feature like some Landing page some module can be visible or hide on mobile is a great one without any coding.
The features like nudges, WhatsApp integration, a Sales mailing campaign, good support of graphics, lead management.
The customer care team is very fast in responding to customer queries.
We were looking for a cost effective CRM tool which could support our business process and Leadsquared was exactly like that.

QGenda allows for seamless access to an up to the minute version of the schedule for all users on any smart device/computer. The transparency & flexibility this has allowed our staff is great.
The program is so bad that it has made managing one's schedule impossible. Many have stopped trading call because it is so hard to work with the program.

If you didn't work on the software 8 hours a day you would never know how to use it. It was a disaster with our staff member who was more versed on it took a vacation.
Do yourself a favor and work with them. Your life will be better for it and you'll generate more revenue and be able to focus on more high value parts of your business by doing so.

Great scheduling and time management software in a familiar format that's now pretty much the industry standard- Very reliable sync features with different calendar software.
If you didn't work on the software 8 hours a day you would never know how to use it. It was a disaster with our staff member who was more versed on it took a vacation.
Do yourself a favor and work with them. Your life will be better for it and you'll generate more revenue and be able to focus on more high value parts of your business by doing so.

QGenda allows for seamless access to an up to the minute version of the schedule for all users on any smart device/computer. The transparency & flexibility this has allowed our staff is great.
The program is so bad that it has made managing one's schedule impossible. Many have stopped trading call because it is so hard to work with the program.

No easy way to print a month/week/year-at-a-glance. When errors occur, there is no natural trouble shooting process, and they are highly cryptic.

It's been great having so many templates to choose from and customize. Awesome that it can be integrated with MS Teams.
I then took the Smartsheet training to be certified and that opened my eyes to the power of the tool (and also to the fact that the sheets I hated were users in our company using it very, very WRONG).
I love the ease to customize your sheet for whatever you need and however you like it. Love being able to switch around columns and sort rows so quickly too.
The only complaint that I have is that if the spreadsheet is very large, the page can be slightly laggy.
The project being web-based helps to share information with other members of the team. The ability to export to various formats, as well as get team updates is a huge benefit.
Some features seem to be missing or limited features available.
Overall, the experience is positive - strong tools, robust features, easy to learn. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to have data interact with multiple systems and user types.
Visually did not work for some users in my organization. Was confusing on what tasks needed to be completed.
