Pros

One of the best things about Axiscare is that they have really responsive and helpful support staff. We have been in need of frequent help, and they have provided that in spades.
I am giving a very positive review because my company had survived during the lockdown because of this system, I was able to operate without any help for 4 months.
I love that it has the majority of features I was looking for. It is very easy to use and the service of the staff is amazing.

Pros

The ease of use by internal and external staff is amazing. They are constantly looking to improve the software to make it even better (if that is possible).
We have had great support from our AlayaCare support team. They have answered all of our questions and provided us guidance when needed to ensure we were comfortable using the product.
It was a new product, so I appreciated the ambition and excitement of the developers.

Cons

Few features are missing compare to HHA Exchange such as running exclusion list of employees and unable to view authorizations from mco.
There was not a lot of training for administrators and/or users. Also, there is no way to correct mistakes on entries.
I have the most trouble with the geo mapping for clocking in.

Cons

Payroll - we are unable to set up pay rates for specific clients. Unfortunately the current pay rate features and functionality do not work for our company.
Right now we can only mass reject visits when we have a specific code we are rejecting OR cancelled visits. We are not able to filter by clock in/out percentage to mass approve visits.
Using the connector has posed some challenges for our team, as navigating its interface can be complex and occasionally frustrating.
