AxisCare - I am still waiting on a fix from development for over 4 months now that renamed the majority of the certifications in my system one name in the background.

One area for improvement would be the community scheduling feature.

You can customize each client and each caregiver for pay rate, mileage, expenses, etc...

I also really like the forms that can be created to gather data, which inputs the data into the AxisCare profile.

It is visually pleasing - simple but with enough detail to differentiate different tabs that I use frequently.

real time calendar feature is great love that u can switch between client/CG view.

So yeah, it works, but you’re going to have to put in extra effort if you want it dialed in.

It makes a big difference knowing you can reach someone who understands your business when you need it most.
