Some of the other platforms are somewhat less expensive but I am not sure it is worth the trade off because what you save in a few dollars less, you will spend in your time trying to customize your platform and fix your problems in ways that CounSol staff will help you with.

It has saved me immeasurable time to have a calendar that I can set up for them to make and change their sessions.

That the video software included does not allow for group sessions, with the technology available today I think this is a huge inconvenience and makes the software less functional for my practice needs.

Office Ally is now charging providers to submit some claims versus other clearinghouses that do not.

I also really like the option of being able to keep all of my communication with Clients through CounSol and that it is HIPAA secure.

Also, when there are multiple emails from a client and it is necessary to read more than one, the program does not highlight the last email read.
