CareLogic is the worst investment one can purchase for their company or practice. Fear this--yes because you got ripped off.

Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Overall, CareLogic is a great platform to use for Behavioral Health. I use it for the revenue cycle and it really is very helpful and very user friendly.

I like that it can be accessed from more than one computer. I like that you can enter info and as long as you hit "submit" it will save and you can go back later and edit before you sign if needed.

I can say that deleting information was a bit difficult once information was entered in, so this was the only negative.

I can say that I have worked with large number of EHR systems over the years, but this is by far the worst system that I have ever encountered as a medical provider.

Overall the experience with CareLogic has been great. We will continue to find new uses and features to enhance our programs.

Seems to be "errors" or downtime more than would like. I sometimes have trouble logging into DrFirst from the "manage medications" tab in medication management.

Due to its lack of integration, the user must comb through many documents to obtain necessary information such as past medications, allergies, medical history, and labs.

Snagged often, problems often, customer service was somewhat dependent on the day.

Also, trying to add an new admission for a previous client was a mess.

Customer support through implementation was excellent, customer support is less responsive after implementation, but does take care significant issues.

I like the Golden thread as it helps to connect treatment plans and goals while helping the therapist to save time for the therapist. The SMART GOALS suggestions help to bring easy to treatment plans.

This is frustrating when the document is released and there is missing information on MR after it has been entered into the system.
