For example, goals do not automatically carry over into SOAP notes, which means I have to re-enter or manually reference them each session. When creating intake forms, if I input the child’s name, the signature section defaults to the child rather than the parent, which can be confusing and requires extra steps to correct.

somewhat cumbersome to bill when I have several CPT codes (would be nice to have a template I can use and just need to provide patient's information, dx, and date of service), I work with kids, and carepatron ALWAYS combines siblings together because they think it is a duplicate due to parent's contact information being the same.

Something that has been troublesome for me is the inability to add minors under a parent's name, and also that the parent's name is attached/fixed to the minor's name so we don't have to scroll through and add a parent's name for billing/invoicing.

We are using Carepatron for a clinic-based setting, so the option for clinicians to delete some of the templates, clients, etc. isn't ideal.
