Let's make it shine What I like most about notable is how it straight up automates the boring admin stuff like My client intake check-ins and reminders so staff actually get to focus on clients instead of paperwork

Notable the setup and onboarding can be a pain Powerful but getting it customized to your clinic's exact workflows takes time training and sometimes back and forth with With their team if your staff isn't tech Staff is in tech savvy the learning curve feels steep at 1st and you might hit small glitches during roll-out like integrations not playing nice right away it's not perfect out of the box need some elbow grease to shine still 45 stars over all but that's the real Downside.

What I like most about this app is that it very good tool for business professionals to input clients documentations, incorporate data report and track your assessment of your clients information.

For instance, if a client comes in for Community stabilization and an intake packet, goals, freedom of choice ( all of the initial information is obtained) if I go to add a Mental Health Skill building or IOP chart most of the information does not port over and needs to be entered a second time.

Their client support is fast, helpful, and genuinely supportive, and the built-in Help section is fantastic—the step-by-step video guides are clear, concise, and free from the extra filler that can make tutorials confusing.

It’s not perfect, but for most use cases, it gets the job done smoothly and saves a lot of setup time compared to local environments.

Payroll and Timesheet is something I need to get used to as I will need to explore billing & payments to match the payroll sheet but its my least favorite of tasks, nothing to do with Noteable.

The frequent refreshing and logins can make it difficult to pull up items while in a hurry. If I’ve put my phone in my pocket even for just a moment, there’s a good chance I’ve been logged out.

A few advanced features take extra steps to locate, and the mobile view (website and app) isn't as smooth as the desktop version.

I love being able to jot things down and make it work for when I need to organize some thoughts quickly.

Inability to port client demographics and standard forms into newly created charts for different programs.

I also think that the layout of the schedule when accessed through an iPhone’s web browser is difficult to navigate and and see in its entirety.

Noteable has a clean, user-friendly interface that makes it really easy to get started, especially if you’re working with Jupyter notebooks.

It is a user friendly app that offers great access when retrieving information to avoid overspending on time to understand the system.

There are collab features that really standout that other apps simply don't have or lack in the UI.

The platform is intuitive and well-organized, making it easy to navigate between case notes, scheduling, and reports.

I think the 1-10 staff pricing is a bit too high, but sensibly manageable when resources are allocated appropriately.

Sometimes we get error messages when attempting to log in saying we don't have permissions for certain things when we haven't made any changes to the permissions on the staff side.

You will need an external system for transmitting HIPAA protected documents regularly.  

It’s a powerful tool, perhaps a bit complex for a solo practitioner like me, but I love the insights it gives.

I also love that some documents can be shared across programs making it easier to move consumers along as we transition them from one program to the next.

The portal is extremely primitive and is not usable for social service protected children, as an example.

With minor refinements to speed and syncing, it could easily become a five-star solution.

I wish that I could access things like my schedule and hours through the app.

It permits immediate signings, reducing waiting time due to easier access to the forms.

I really enjoy the practice management, especially since behavioral health professionals already have a stressful job.

In instances where additional time was required, [sensitive content hidden] kept me well-informed of the progress and ensured timely completion.

He is also very quick to respond to emails and will work in a timely manner for any changes or updates needed to your site.
