“My least favorite thing about CareStack is that some workflows can feel overly complicated and require too many clicks, especially for ERA processing, insurance tasks, and certain clinical functions. While the software is powerful and feature-rich, there can be a steep learning curve for new staff, and some daily tasks are not as intuitive or fast as other dental systems.”
