What is Clarity Easy Care?
Clarity Easy Care helps users reduce caretaker stress and turn over, allaying family fears and worries, and breezing through audits.
The web-based management portal enables care professionals to maintain resident information and care schedules. Easily set up daily/weekly/monthly or one-off care tasks. Track those tasks to completion in our management KPI dashboard.
Empower your caretakers by providing all the information they need to take exceptional care of your residents in their mobile app. See upcoming tasks assigned to them, see details of those tasks, see the history of those tasks for that specific resident, and answer questions based on those tasks directly in the app.
Clarity Easy Care is at its heart, a workflow engine. If you can use Outlook, then you can use our intuitive web based interface to build out resident care plans. Unlike paper plans, when these change in the future, it takes seconds to change in the app.
In addition to scheduling resident tasks, Clarity Easy Care also allows you to collect data on each tasks. We always record the time and caretaker for each completed task, but you can also setup "Completion Questions". When the caretaker completes a task the mobile app will not let them mark complete, until they have satisfactorily answered the workflow questions you defined either for that specific task for that type of service. The caretaker answers to these questions can then drive other questions creating a true workflow. This data is then stored and can be reported on.
Ensure your residents families are informed and assured that their loved one is getting the care they deserved in our family portal. Optionally allow a family member to add a task for a resident. For example, add a "Prep for pickup" task for Dad as we are going to take him out for his birthday.
This is a small sampling of the functionality provided. Our workflow engine can also be used for scheduling other types of non-resident related tasks. For example, room and activity scheduling, maintenance, and housekeeping.
