Although the interface is intuitive, there may be an initial learning curve for new users who are not familiar with clinic management systems.

Clearly not focused on speech therapy / SLPs (or OTs / PTs either).

I strongly advise against using this program if you are a behavioral health provider.

It was important that we be able to create our own templates, as our documents are very specific to our field.

There is a "goals" feature that is supposed to carry over between reviews, plans, notes, etc.

Nearly a year later, I find myself still unable to use their product effectively.

I found that some aspects of the template creation process didn't work well, which made the process very frustrating.
