DrChromo has a good payment plan compared to other similar EHR which helps to save money. It keeps improving its functionality.

Its handled by auto generated scripts and it only gets to a live person via email, not a phone call, when the problem is out of hands and escalated by an irate consumer.

Pushy salespeople, bad experience with sales and billing staff, expensive. Took 6 months to integrate billing software with clearinghouse, poor follow up with customer service regarding this process.

I love the ability to take templates that other users have created and then edit off of those. Also like that square is integrated with it for payment.

Labs are always a problem  they never receive it. With that situation of the labs i can tell that maybe is the labs company and not the Drchrono, but im not 100% sure  whos guilty for that.

Even if you have urgent needs there is a voicemail system and you do not know if or when your call will be returned. Reoccurring problems with software when not using their integrated platform.

Overall, a great product that I would recommend. EHRs are going to be expensive, no matter where you purchase it from.

This is a very poorly designed system which I would call zombie software since many people are forced to stay on it due to the very high cost and fraction of changing to another system.

Overall, this ehr system was helpful for when I have to work with patients as a receptionist for my clinic.

The schedule is versatile and user friendly, I once thought of switching for the convenience of my billing company and almost had a mutiny amongst the staff.

Sometimes they don't respond at all. Our most recent problems have been going on for weeks, but no resolution.

You have to leave a message and they don't get back with you for a couple days. The same goes for email.

After our physician died suddenly we never hired another MD. So we never paid any future physician fees.

Now that's all changed and we are up to date with modern procedures. Our overall monthly income has increased and our patient account balances have significantly increased.
