Often when there is an update another problem occurs or something has changed that is cumbersome. We have used EZBIS every since it was a DOS program.

Only downside is we have a cash practice and cannot give a HCFA receipt on the day of service right to the patient.

What I like most about ezbis software is the integration of the client with their consultations, providing a personalized way to each one's agenda, and in return, it streamlines our work.

EZBis has the features that I enjoyed the most, and they keep upgrading and innovating via client suggestions.

Overall, EZBis is a very easy platform to learn, implement, and use. I have used it before in years past and just purchased the entire platform late in 2020, and I am still learning all the features.

As the business manager, I can be confident that we will have accurate notes done by the doctor in the bay that are easy and accurate in a high volume office. Keeping stats is very important.

But more than anything the costumer service/tech  support is OUTSTANDING, they answer the phone. And if not you get a call back almost right away.

There are some occasional problems. The forms feature currently isn't working properly and it's hard to communicate to the support team as to what needs to be done.

No way to communicate from the front to the back (front desk to the doctors using the software in the back).

Sometimes there are problems, but they do get worked out quickly.

Integrates with other platforms that our office uses (like SKED and FORTIS), this is why I will always use platinum over any other EHR.

It is not over-complex, so that I can train my staff to use this program, even if they lack depth of computer skills. Nice customer service every time we call in.
