Customer service is non-existent. As I mentioned above the software crashes multiple times per month and you are unable to see anything about the patient (last exam, reason for visit, previous appointments, diagnostic imaging). If you try and call or email you get directed to either an answering service that does not return calls or an email chain that says someone will be in contact soon.

I do wish the patient portal could be more useful for patients & staff, regarding sending patients information, completing forms, & contacting medical staff.

As far as body map, the pretibial area is so large and hard to document multiple biopsy sites in this area and have them documented with different names for clarification on path.

We first puchased only the EHR portion of ModMed and was very pleased, but, as soon as they come out with the Practice Management system, it has made our entire practice so much more efficient and eliminated so many tasks that were being transferred from person to person and place to place.

The new update has forced us to enter in multiple duplicate meds and allergies which causes a delay in entering charts.

Code tab to review charts is helpful, unless you want to review more than 1 day.

You can't change which fields are "sticky" and some were made un-sticky (such as save fax to patient's chart) which is very inconvenient.

I do wish templates were an option with autopopulated exam findings and prescriptions based on diagnosis template.

Modmed EMA allows me to work more efficiently and see more patients and spend less time documenting.

The preset settings on how it would automatically attach my provider to a different office location.

some thing are not customizable and sometimes the updates for new medications talk longer to get into the system.

Forgetting to update a digit in 1 code in 2024 resulting in claims rejected that need now be resubmitted

Opening another tab refreshes the existing tab and returns to home for both the existing and new tabs.

You can see exactly how much each CPT code charges, and it is easy to run financial reports and sort by many fields.
