The lag when hovering around the schedule - it often gets stuck and is hard to remove the pop up window that will get stuck on someone else's appointment.

No training videos as promised. This has been a very bad experience and Wellsky is to blame.

I have lost $500K because of the poor billing platform that Wellsky uses called Citrix. The customer service for Citrix is horrible.
