The lag when hovering around the schedule - it often gets stuck and is hard to remove the pop up window that will get stuck on someone else's appointment.

I enjoy the access to Prompt the most - It is very easy to use and having access to this EMR on any server is great. This system is extremely easy to teach/learn and navigate.

If I have any issues at all I know I can get an answer so quickly and they will make sure everything is resolved in a timely fashion AND with good humor and kindness.
