What I like best is how user friendly it is and how everyone at the company is willing to help you.

Some of the processes are not intuitive on how to do something. You'd think it would be easier to back out a point-of-sale purchase that was put in improperly by accident.

Love the ease in scheduling; it's very basic and anyone can learn it quickly without much training. Pin map settings have been very helpful for our practice.

I even find the tasks confusing - I still go to the home page to make a task - less confusing than the multiple choices in the task tab.

Overall very happy with software  SOAP notes and patient management and reports are all easy to use and intuitive.

Then ability to customize the product for the needs of our office was a huge feature.

I love that we have all patient information in one location. Also, it integrates well with our posture analysis that we use, as well as the SKED texting that we use.

No real cons, there is just a bit of a longer learning curve needed for getting implemented. However, we were told this in advance, so it wasn't a surprise or shock to us.

They have also updated to now make it easy to connect credit cards, etc to other accounts for billing purposes, and Genesis integrates well with that.

The product is relatively easy to use and user friendly for the staff in all of the Basic day to day functions. Probably the best asset to the software is the tech support department.

Having support from ACOM has been amazing. The staff is wonderful and it is great that you can call in and get help whenever needed.

The things I have problems with about this product are, basically, problems I would have with any computerized system.

Appreciate having a dedicated biller. Like having that biller send out the billing in a timely (daily/weekly)manner.

The issues were solved quickly and the representatives were so friendly to me. Everyone has been kind and on the ball.

They both paled in comparison and one of them was more than double the cost. When I dropped a franchise I had joined, I also lost their EHR software.

They have been great trying to get us set up with the patient kiosks. I would recommend them to any Chiropractic office looking for user friendly software.

This software creates great documentation and can be customized to suit different Doctors. Software support has been very good.

RAPID is an absolutely invaluable solution, from how easy it is to implement, to how robust the software is compared to systems costing thousands of dollars more.

She has a way of explaining things that make it easy to understand and she never acts bothered no matter what or how many things you throw at her. She is a great asset to your company.

It is easy to use and to train on and customer service is helpful when questions do occur.

We are going to start using the patient kiosks for our new and re-exam patients. I am excited to see how this will make the doc's notes less time consuming.

Compared to the 5 (or likely more) systems I have used over the last 17 years,Rapid Doc seems to be one of my two favorite.

There are some areas in the report side of the software that can be difficult to utilize without guidance.

Doesn't alert us when a patient is already in the system.
