Every time you have to open a different tab you will most likely have to refresh the tab to make it look the correct way. If you are on a tab too long it will start acting up and you will have to refresh and pull up that certain patient again.

Chart notes were fantastic, digital paperwork was great. But fell short in a few of the areas we needed.

They charge for each add-on on a monthly basis, so watch your invoice to see if you are utilizing everything you are charged for.

The schedule is linked to our online scheduling and review wave makes it very convenient for our patients to be able to communicate effectively.

We are a large practice that deals with mostly cash and some PI cases, and we have used several major EHRs both server and cloud-based.

My experience has been fantastic. As I've worked at other offices that did not have Genesis and I had a much more difficult time finding my way through the system.

Overall this is all you need in an EHR software, higher priced but you also get what you pay for here.

scheduling treatment plans are alot easier.

There are no real detrimental flaws to the system.

From day one, they held our hand and did not let go for 6 months, as they moved us through the stages of learning, implementation and operation; they did not let go until we were super comfortable and confident with its use.

Couldn't ask for a better [sensitive content hidden] and someone who jumps on and helps whenever needed.

Overall I am happy with the system and how much more efficient it has made our office from the front, to billing and to the doctor doing his notes.

Not as visually appealing as you hope for the price.

Ability to set a rule for billing non covered services such as cold laser.   When a claim gets through to Blue Cross for cold laser, a request for records is triggered and increases work for our staff.

I don't like RXNT, because  costumer service representative not available in time, I have to weight too long for someone to pick up the phone, after 3 pm nobody answers the phone at all, very often not able to open progress notes because of technical issues and representative never able to give me approximate time when issue will be resolved, not helpful with EFT or ERA enrolment at all, they don't even bother to help providers.

It doesn't alert patients when I send them a message.
