Pros

I liked how easy it was to use the software. The learning curve is practically 5 minutes and makes our job so easy with the exceptional customer support that they offer.

Cons

I recalled them from an initial cold call that one of their executives made and it was tough to find them on the web but once we did... it was definitely worth the effort.

Great!

Pros

Its platform is senior friendly, very compliant, easy interactive communication and smooth transition from traditional to remote monitoring. Their medical devices are also very efficient and FDA approved.

Cons

Nothing specific. They’re still new in the market, but have been constantly upgrading their software based on user experiences and needs.

Great

Pros

Smooth EHR integration, automatic time tracking for the patients, audio and video calls capability

Cons

Slightly expensive. Have used it for since last 6-8months, they’re constantly upgrading based on their customers needs and experiences.

My overall experience has been great. Customer support is very easy to get in touch with and speak to and everything is going very well.

Pros

I love that it’s very fast and very user friendly. Speed is a big thing for me as other platforms I have used unfortunately lag and it just hurts my performance during the day.

Cons

There’s honestly nothing I don’t like about the software so far. Everything looks great!
