I would also like to see more enhancements to allow for individual facility customizations when there are multiple facilities under one practice to account for the diversity of each facility such as appointment reminders, auto eligibility configurations, etc..

Also since the Change Healthcare hack, they are making us use Availity and more than half of the claims we download from Insynch and upload to Aviality are 'missing', making a horrendous process to identify which went out and which ones failed.

The system was very slow for the first 3-4 months to the point where I just had to use AI to chart as I couldn't click around the EHR during visits and chart at the same time.

The eprescribe worked well once we got the hang of how to cancel prescriptions, manage, and check PDMP.

There are a lot of ways to do one thing which requires a huge learning curve, think about the first time you started EPIC - similar feeling.

The ability to create dynamic forms and reports on the fly is one of the biggest value-add that helps my agency.  

Insync has the most features, and is very customizable to how you want it to be used, based on workflow and they types of services that are specific to an agency.

It took some initial spreadsheet development and some time devoted to "discovery" of our practice's needs and workflows, but once the team at InSync was assembled for us and we had our kickoff call, we've spent well over a hundred hours with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the rest of the group in video calls to set up, customize and learn the software, and then train our staff.

There were some areas that could be improved, more features for residential services (enhanced bed board), ability to rename/move dynamic forms created in the system, level of care data is not functioning properly.

the practice management side of the software is very useful and once the customization was complete it is easy for our providers to use.

Disorganization of implementation, not geared toward speech pathology as advertised, need for enhancements that are not available now, inability for goals to carryover to SOAP notes, etc.

It is inappropriate for transgender or non binary clients as the software is not able to display clients preferred name or gender throughout the system or the clients chart.

That is a huge issue with having a current bill at check in as we need to be able to more easily have a current charge at check in that includes that days encounter.   

Some reports don't produce summary/raw data.  

Some things are a bit taxing to set up, but the start-up team was there every step along the way and the final product is just what we needed.
