Not related to this call but a separate issue making us upgrade our regular package into the more expensive package to then upcharge us further all because we wanted to add direct billing / e-claims for our patients and to be able to take on patients who were otherwise declining to book appointments because we didn’t direct bill.

Sometimes difficult to create templates with exactly what I want/need, and difficult to customize charts that already exist (i.e. spinal chart for chiropractic).

Above and beyond any other similar service. And when you need to leave they send you PDF of all client notes which makes it a breeze to comply with data safe keeping.

I want a bit more control on billing - every bill is different as we are a small organisation.

In the audit I even found the software paying a staff member $25 commission on a “1st late cancellation” which we do not charge the customer for.

There's a demo option so you can practice and train on the system without it affecting real patient files/appointments.
