Pros
I'm in the middle of setting it up but so far the communications been great. I have a meeting Monday for them one-on-one to walk me through set up which is great.
Ease of use, and the demonstration videos are amazing. The costumer service and support from the Jane team is the best I have ever experienced.
Friendly, fun, knowledgable company to work with. This is the first software we've used (gone through 3 over the past 12 years) that I've called FUN.
Cons
I used to dread all of my time spent on the computer, but no longer. From charting to managing payments and scheduling, there's really no comparison to Jane.
Someone told me that Janeapp makes slots unavailable for 3 minutes after booking.) So I have to wait for a few minutes until the time slot shows up as available again. This is glitchy and confusing.
Some of the settings are confusing because there are multiple places to turn things on and off and a master on-off switch.
