Highly Flexible LIMS, Full of Features

Reviewed 2 years ago

Highly functional, easy to use. Visual workflows make lab management and sample management highly visible and easy.

Pros

The ability to configure this product to match any workflow meant we could support complex existing processes with minimal change management

Cons

We continually ignored the advice of the vendor for key configuration issues due to internal IT experts, most of which ended up being redone later to match original recommendations
