I like the fact that it's a strong billing tools for mid size healthcare system, helping other integrated software product lacking billing and scheduling system to function well on it.

It is missing some important reports as well, like a report of entered patients even if they have not been scheduled.

Just a list of entered patients for the day/month and their contact info.

It is super easy to use, even without training you can figure out how to enter patients and book appointments.

Adding new DX codes required communication with a billing specialist.

They then set me up with another specialist and we had a great repoire, which lasted about a year and half.

They were helpful and lots of people reaching out to me to get set up, which was helpful.

Software was fine, but really difficult to use, as I'm a doctor and not an IT person.

What I liked least was that I could not customize prefilled notes based on only my line of business.
