Patient Now has been a headache for us, and as we are trying to part ways with them, they are making it very difficult to do so. It seems almost revengeful.

I like that customer service is very good, the trainers are excellent and the ease of creating notes and modifying templates is simple.

Sometimes they get to the end of all the questions and the submit button does not work. If I start a note on a patient and then do a procedure, often that note disappears and I have to start over.

This system is great for a smaller business like mine or larger surgical practices like my husband's. The actual software is easy to use and easily learned by even new employees.

The set up was a disaster. Maybe that's because it's 2020 so we had to do the build with no help on site.

Right now we have no way to create purchase orders or to receive orders and close out PO's with an automatic update of our inventory. This is very problematic.

They have terrible customer service. They require you to chat for all problems and they basically send you articles to read to figure it out for yourself.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE aesthetic record. I seriously couldn't have built it to what I have within a year without them.

They save me time which makes me more money. Their system is easy, robust and great customer service.
