I would highly recommend for practice owners.
It streamlines operational task like client forms, billing, appointment reminders and general correspondence. I can access it on most devices so it is readily available.
Notes and email formatting could be improved to be more Word like. Also online scoring of outcome assessment would be handy. Also great if telehealth could be available to more than two attendees at different locations.

It's an affordable and practical practice management system.
It is functional, able to take care of a number of ongoing processes which facilitates running of a psychological practice.
Changes to system are not always for the better. Presently, if a client has had a late cancellation, flagging this erases the appointment. In the past, other changes have been made which have made the program more cumbersome to use. Some new additions have been helpful such as packs.

You'll see an option 'Show / Hide Cancelled Appointments'. Your preference will be remembered on your computer too. Unbelievable! A life changer for our medical practice!
Coming from the medical aesthetics industry, our options for medical software and calendar management was appalling and many dinosaur softwares out there. Power Diary is modern, efficient, simple to use and our company would be absolutely lost without it now. Everytime we have a question, someone chats to us without 2 minutes - this is RARE. Normally you just get a bot. Power Diary and the entire team who worked behind the scenes to set us up were amazing!

I am very happy with Power Diary.
Power Diary is easy to use and has lots of functions. It is reliable and works seamlessly. The team at Power Diary are constantly updating the program and are really responsive to user suggestions.
We have a large practice so the costs add up with SMS sending and monthly charges.

I love that I was able to completely customize my notes to how I practice, and there are many more customizable features that I will continue to integrate to make running and managing my chiropractic practice easier and more efficient. The customer service to get me going quickly and answer questions I have has been outstanding. Power Diary is the complete package, a great practice management product with great customer support and affordable too!
I can't really think of any negatives about Power Diary other than maybe that it has so many features that I felt a little overwhelmed to start. But that's to be expected when new to any program. A Power Diary representative was able to help me get going quickly.

Overall I have really found Power Diary helpful to manage my practice.
I like the ease of use and all of the automated functions. I like knowing that everything is safely in one place and that functions such as invoice distribution and chasing are so easily managed
I am not fond of the telehealth system, but that is fine as I use another system already.

Really straight forward, well thought out, excellently implemented product. Has everything I need in a logical place.
Pricing tiers, it's hard for a growing practice with lots of casual clinicians to keep costs under control.

Excellent! Very happy. Saves me enough time to make private practice worth while.
It’s just practical... it takes care of Medicare and DVA, it manages my invoices and when ever I have a problem I can just call the support team.
I work alongside my peers in the same building under the same brand but we keep our businesses separate. So I’d like it to talk to my colleagues in practice, but without sharing the finance component. That’s not easy to set up which is a pain.

One option if your businesses operate separately would be to split your combined account into separate accounts. We can help with this and can also set you up with a special login system which would enable each of you to access each other's accounts, but remain in control the level of access. I used Power Diary at work and learned that it's really practical and useful. So I am using it now for my private practice too. It has been fantastic.
1. keeping records - so easy to follow up as all the records are there under each client's account. 2. easy to use - I do induction sessions for new starters about using Power Diary and find it really easy to use from the day 1. 3. support - easy access to support team and be able to suggest fore better features. Flexibility is something I really appreciate.
Not much to mention. If I can ask, I wish I can change the name of fields to suit our practice.

As our business relies on good software to safely store our client data and to reliably access our daily schedules and information, Power Diary is the backbone to the efficient running of our business. We have found many helpful features that saves time and energy to collect data and to ensure accurate financial and client records are kept.
Easy to navigate, easy to see where clinicians are and who they are seeing, supports the efficient running of our busy practice.
Some of the data searches are limited. Would be great to have a few more NDIS specific features to add to invoicing and client records.

I have used Power Diary for two years after setting up our practice from scratch. I found the package super easy and user friendly with loads of great features. I have recommended the program to another practice who have also started using it.

A wide range of features to help with running a health practice including integrated telehealth Online forms are a great feature that helps with saving time and makes this process easier for clients Other time-saving features including SMS reminders, online payments Ability to transfer data from another practice software program Customer service have been very helpful so far
No secure messaging (eg Argus, Medical Objects) While the online payment option is great, the additional fee of 50c per payment (on top of stripe fees) can really add up and is more expensive than having a traditional merchant facility

As a private practice owner, there's a bagillion & one things to manage and PowerDiary simplifies my life.
I love how easy PowerDiary is to use. I am not very tech savy but it is visually simple & appealing. I especially love that you can create/modify templates to use with clients.
Everything has been pretty straightforward and if I did have questions or concerns, their support team was quick to email me back which I greatly appreciate.

It have saved me so much time, not having to manually create invoices or keep excel documents for payments. It has been great going electronic for all my notes and made everything more organised.
This software had streamlined my private practice - I work over 2 clinics and means I have one easy system for appointments, financial reports and clinic notes.

We have been using Power Diary for a few years now and it's been a game-changer for our practice. The thought behind making this work for many different types of workplaces is outstanding, and the functions that it is capable of is brilliant. The PD team are always helpful, courteous and willing to help in any way they can. Their team are always looking at ways to improve PD by listening to their clients and I've personally noticed that so much has been added as they listen to what's needed. I cannot give enough stars to Power Diary. If you haven't started using them for your practice, sign up immediately. It'll be a game changer for you too.
I like everything about this software. It is user friendly, very well laid out and has features that are so helpful for every aspect of practice management.
I can't answer this as there is nothing I don't like about the software.

It has streamlined our initial interview and consultation process. It is customizable at every level so it suits almost any practice
The software has everything you need to get started and maintain a practice... but what I liked most about it was the customer service. Whenever we needed something additional, even during the changeover phase - they were there (day and night) to make it such a breeze. We wouldn’t have changed over without them!!
We need to use a different software program to store all of the documents that we use

We are a specialist respiratory and sleep medicine practice with 10 physicians. We use powerdiary for all of our appointments and billing. It integrates seamlessly with medicare for our billing, is intuitive, fast, with an excellent team behind it always ready to respond to our queries and cater to our needs. We love it and would recommend it without hesitation.
Easy to use, intuitive, fast, much simpler than any other practice management software. Very responsive team always willing to engage, field queries and respond to our needs.
We don't have any issues with Power diary. We have found it meets all our needs.

Easy to use . Comprehensive, it does everything I need including financials. I love the SMS reminders. Excellent prompt technical support.
The only problem is I have encountered were to do with my Internet connectivity, which makes an entirely web based practice management system a little tricky.

One tip if you ever run into difficulty with your practice's internet connection - most smartphones have a 'hot spot' function which broadcasts a wifi network using it's mobile data. Your office computers can connect to this like any other network so it is a great backup internet option. Of course Power Diary works great on mobile devices as well so this is another option if your internet every goes down. - Damien

I think it's best to be honest with reviews and so I am generally quite critical but I can wholeheartedly recommend Powerdiary and don't have anything negative to say at all!
Powerdiary is incredibly intuitive, I have looked at nearly all of the alternative systems on the market and knew straight away that this was the one for us. The support is second to none, I received two hours of one-to-one free training with the option of more if needed. I think it's priced perfectly too and will grow in line with our practice. I haven't fully tested the invoicing/financial side yet but it looks like it will make our accounting more robust and streamlined in the long term.
We are a psychotherapy practice and so would like to be able to use codes instead of full names to protect the privacy of our clients.

It has everything I need in one platform. The company regularly requests feedback and suggestions, and users' ideas are regularly implemented. Support, when needed, is quick and effective.
There's a steep learning curve and setting up my personal practice documents and e-mail templates took a lot of time. Billing third-parties can be cumbersome.

As my practice develops and I require greater utility I can ring and have a quick conversation with the power diary team. If they are unsure of a solution they work one out and get back to me. They also pay attention to our feedback in developing and expanding Power Diary. A very positive experience.
Power diary can be used as a very basic diary and it’s utility expands rapidly and easily to cope with a rapidly growing practice. It also talks to my accounting software
I do not have any thoughts about cons for power diary.

Using PowerDiary has allowed me to decrease the time spent on writing client notes, creating practice reports as well as reducing the amount of paper I use in my business.
I love how I can log in from my computer or tablet, allowing me to keep my documentation in my mobile business up to date.
I would like it if I could modify a saved file without having to then save it externally to upload again.

I would like to say thank you to the team for always providing quick and efficient service.
I like what you have done to the "Wait List" feature where it shows how long a client has been waiting for. It's been very beneficial for our practice and allows us to prioritise our clients. It's been the best program to use. I have a colleague in another practice who wishes they were on it, as it makes life a whole lot easier. Especially when it comes to the messaging service. A lot of our clients don't like taking phone calls and would prefer text, and Power Diary easily allows us to do that.
I can't really think of anything that I don't like.

Allows me to keep excellent records that can be printed out at any time and can be accessed remotely by me. Easy to use and constantly being updated in positive ways - highly recommend
I have tried various practice management software packages and have found this the easiest to use . Common sense is all that is required for most procedures and I have seldom if every needed to contact support for assistance in the operation of the system. I am a one man practitioner so cannot comment on multi-user usage, but this is a wonderful way of organising a practice, reducing paper usage (all my notes, letters, client information) are kept on the system and I am very comfortable with the security provided for this.
I don't really have any complaints. I do not use the remote access facility for clients but that is primarily because of not wanting certain clients to overlap rather than to any fault in the system.

The customer service team are very responsive. There are often improvements made to the software, e.g. adding new features, which is also a bonus.
It is able to easily be customized for the way I run my practice. I also like that I can set up a receptionist account where they have the client details they need but do not have access to client notes
It is expensive. It was half price for the first year and now it is back to regular price. I am in private practice only one day a week but the software fee is still the same. The rest of my work is corporate. PowerDiary's monthly fee is six times the monthly fee of my other invoicing software.
