I don't like RXNT, because  costumer service representative not available in time, I have to weight too long for someone to pick up the phone, after 3 pm nobody answers the phone at all, very often not able to open progress notes because of technical issues and representative never able to give me approximate time when issue will be resolved, not helpful with EFT or ERA enrolment at all, they don't even bother to help providers.

Have to choose multiple forms to get the total note I want, unable to combine multiple forms into one encounter

s or 1000's of MD's (according to their own customer service reps) have been left high and dry and unable to prescribe controlled meds because they rolled out a new DEA regulated new authentication process without hiring enough support staff so that I have literally spent hours and hours on hold trying to get a rep to help.

I would not consider this an actual con, but I suggest the navigation buttons be placed above the individual record listings rather than on the left side.  

Easy to enter patient prescriptions, track prescriptions, refill prescriptions, and even cancel a prescription if needed.

Not being able to review a rejection without going into the claim.

I still write my session notes in longhand and do not store records on a computer but in a filing cabinet under lock and key.  

after using RXNT for two years, annual fee increased too much.

One con which I'm sure you hear often is the ads at the bottom of the screen tend to slow my computer down.

Only issue was for a period of things the verification by camera would freeze and not process.

They substitute the flexible tolken bu a restricted system that does not work outside the Country.

Frequent outages, can not insert physical exam once the template is chosen, can not make “cpt cluster”.

We had to jump through some hoops to perform a change of ownership of the practice without buying additional subscriptions.

It does not save info instantaneously and on multiple occasions you need to retype what was typed before because it did not save info
