The support team that  "trains your staff and sets up your company" simply are not knowledgable enough and the support line does not take the time to listen and respond to issues raised.

I don't like RXNT, because  costumer service representative not available in time, I have to weight too long for someone to pick up the phone, after 3 pm nobody answers the phone at all, very often not able to open progress notes because of technical issues and representative never able to give me approximate time when issue will be resolved, not helpful with EFT or ERA enrolment at all, they don't even bother to help providers.

I do not like how difficult it is to navigate a patient's chart and that I need separate accounts if I am working in different clinics.

Typically when I have needed customer service it is because I need them while trying to send in a prescription for a patient but it can be hard to reach someone right then.

s or 1000's of MD's (according to their own customer service reps) have been left high and dry and unable to prescribe controlled meds because they rolled out a new DEA regulated new authentication process without hiring enough support staff so that I have literally spent hours and hours on hold trying to get a rep to help.
