Now using SH, I feel more equip to focus on my clients then worry about some of the logistics of EHR.

I’ve also reached out to customer service a handful of times and they’ve been super prompt and helpful! But truly best of all, in mine and many, many, other therapists opinions is that they have not added ANY AI to the platform.

It is also difficult to see rooms that are scheduled by clinicians in the calendar.

I appreciate how quick you can select already created online forms, or make quick changes by easily editing sections of a document.

Creating note templates was a bit cumbersome, but customer service tried to provide suggestions.

I love the interface, how user friendly it is, and how quick and convenient onboarding process is for my patients.

The learning curve is short although billing can be confusing at times.

I wish that Sessions had the capacity to project actual income instead of billed income.

They handled the sudden influx very well with customer support and keeping us updated on changes they were making to the system to handle the sudden influx.

The data import when I joined Sessions Health was amazing, I didn't have to figure it out on my own.

Don't have random changes or upgrades changing the layout like I have at other places.

I tried Simple Practice, My Best Practice, Therapy Notes, and I believe one other EHR before choosing Sessions Health.

I'm legally blind but the website and app are both easy to learn and navigate.

I use the telehealth option for groups but unfortunately there is a limit of 3 additional members and myself.

Overall it is a great EHR, has what I need to run my practice, and the price is far better than other EHRs.

I like how user friendly the platform is, the ways it's structured to support couples work, the ease of verifying benefits and submitting claims.

The patient portal is straightforward and easy for client's to use.

The one thing I don't love about sessions health is the appearance compared to the more expensive EHR I used previously.

The intuitive nature of it and the price point!!
