Our company has been using the product since 2018, coming from another EHR platform, PCC was easier to transition to and remains easier to train on with new facilities coming on each year.

There are phenomenal reports for both clinical and financial, and a great portal to access for customer support questions.

PointClickCare does a fantastic job of keeping ahead of regulations and provides frequent updates to enhance capabilities.

Pre-generated assessments can be long and cumbersome for nurses to complete during their shift, but you are able to make your own tailored to your need.

Other cons of the system is that is missing basic clinical functions like output and intake tracking.

Admissions Delays: Without the proper consents readily available, you may have to chase paperwork manually, causing bottlenecks in the admissions process.

Overall, it has greatly contributed to improving efficiency, compliance, and the quality of resident care.
