It did not have the customizable features - color coordination, various billing rates for different individuals, submitting paperwork online. And I don't think it had an online portal for scheduling/cancelling appointments.

They have waited to change clearinghouses when other EHR’s have been able to do it all due to their ancient coding and inability to pivot as every other EHR in the country did in days or just a week or so following the attack. When voicing our opinion about how they continue to charge us our monthly fees while not providing the service we need and signed up for they refuse to take ownership of the issue and are trying to silence us from voicing our opinions on the matter.

I love that the system allows me to set different prices, as what is collected on the session for example with a co insurance, that I do not have to go back in and change it

They sold me on Therapy Notes with one price, then they back tracked on some pricing for supervisors.  

They explain pretty well each service that's offered.

It assures you do not forget anything. When you log in the to-do list will appear so you can stay on top of tasks.

When I conducted telehealth sessions the system would freeze a lot and was pretty inconsistent.

The TherapyNotes system is repeatedly lagging and freezing during the afternoon, it is not because of Wifi as I connect to the internet via ethernet cable, it does not matter if I am the only person in the building or not, it still lags and freezes.

Actually, I did not like having to manually enter the client's insurance information from their insurance form; however, this has since been upgraded so their insurance form is now generated into their Billing Settings which saves me a lot of time.

Consistency and reliability of the telehealth they provide is inconsistent (sometimes the client or I have difficulty figuring out how to correct problems with logging on, audio, visuals that freeze up or are extremely pixelated, etc., despite me paying a bit extra for "high definition" telehealth)

I have complained and they are sorry for my frustration but it remains the same - they sold me pricing on the software and then changed it all within 30 days.
