The web developers were highly responsive and answered all questions I had. The developers along with my account manager made a stressful process much easier.

They did take some money off of my one bill, but I never collected on all the claims that were not filed in a timely manner. This was on Therasoft so why did I have to eat the loss.

The billing tasks, i.e. uploading insurance and payment cards, on the client portal is not so intuitive and clients often miss it initially.

I often get an error message on the sight and I wish that it saved your work more regularly as you type (if I get an error mid-note it will often lose the last section that I completed).

I use the telehealth option for groups but unfortunately there is a limit of 3 additional members and myself.
