It did helped me with counting calories and to get inspo for my meal preping. I used app so I can learn to prep some meals and to realise how much calories i need for 1 day in order to lose some weight. And how much money do I really spend on food.
I liked that you can get your diet plans and shopping list and be in touch with nutritionist at anytime. They can recommend you physical activities, supplements and meal plans. You do get even shopping list for meal preping. Messenger is part of this app so you can be in touch with your nutritionist. It is really easy to use, everything is clear and transparent
Some more options for spec diets like keto,paleo, chrono would be good upgrade. And calories that are counted per day are really high if you are using app so you can lose some weight. Type of physical activities could be better, little more strength and HIIT recommendation would be nice.
