Valant eventually gave us the number of a liason to call  in times like these because there were so many incidents of the system going out or lagging to the point of being unusable, but this person has no idea what is going on and has never been helpful and will only sometimes respond to his emails.

Customer service is a joke, I have spent over an hour trying to get help and when I finally got a person they had me on hold for another half and hour. When she came back on the phone and transferred me it went back to the start and I waited for another 15 minutes before I gave up.

Additionally, the system can occasionally feel a bit sluggish when navigating through more complex patient records or during peak usage times. While these issues don't overshadow the overall benefits, they do present areas where the system could improve.

I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of the Beta test on the AI and it has continued to improve over time.

Lack of availability of a personal trainer every time there is a major update.

This means you can't schedule appointments or even access a list of that day's patients.

Imagine waking up to start your work day and your EMR system won't even allow you or anyone in your practice to log in.

Only one portal is allowed and both parents need to sign the paperwork for it to go through to the chart.
