CharmHealth is a cloud-based, HIPAA compliant, MU Stage 3- 2015 Edition Certified, electronic health records (EHR) management solution designed to help small and medium ambulatory care practices create and manage patient documents from anywhere across the web. The platform comes with a document management module, which lets users upload handouts, x-rays, consent forms or other documents and group/tag them into folders, to simplify access among staff.

CharmHealth comes with customizable SOAP templates, which allow practitioners to quickly record patient visits and archive them in a database for future reference. Practices can use the inventory management module to control, dispense and track stocks of supplements, medications, and more. Staff can also create custom reorder thresholds for each inventory, and generate reports on existing stock, reorder levels, and drug expiry dates.

CharmHealth provides mobile applications for practitioners to manage appointments, consultation chart notes, task assignments, and other processes. QuickBooks integration enables users to manage transactional records, invoicing, and other accounting operations.
