What I like the list is the implementation of new policies. When implementing the New NOA claims, the system had a lot of glitches and some of them took months to fix.

Honesty was not present at all and trying to work with the system was a waste of time. If they had only been honest, it would have save time and energy, and $$$$$

The system crashes for anyone using it (I have a friend that uses this company as well with a different company and has the same issues as myself).

Hospice Chaplain

The Messaging feature does not allow you to scroll through messages while viewing a message. If you receive several messages, you have to constantly back out and view each individual message.

It seems like they need more computing power on their back end to handle all the work being done through their site.

It is just okay and I hope the software becomes the best in the future.

Maintenance is in the evening when I’m mostly finishing my paperwork

Viewing past treatment notes is very cumbersome and the layout is breaks up the flow and makes reading difficult.  

The two PTAs and OT at my company do minimal POS documentation as well.

There are a lot of freezing issues that can be frustrating when you have a boatload of work to do.

One of the other PTs maybe does 50% of her documentation POS.  

I am a Home Health Physical Therapist using Kinnser/Wellsky Software since Fall of 2017.  

It's nice to have the working version and a separate training version.

The software is fairly intuitive and takes very little time to learn.

I would give it 5 stars if we didn't have to constantly do manual changes like unclicking the DO NOT PAY box for administrative employees.

Originally we had to modify the Home Care platform to meet the needs that we had for our Adult Day Center.   Despite this, the willingness to work with us and adjust things as needed was outstanding.  

It streamlines complex processes, eliminates unnecessary steps, and just works—no steep learning curve, no frustrating glitches.
