Note forwarding is a very good feature and and medication auto fill save time. Also like that I can save templates on various diagnosis.

Every time there is an update thing go missing from the system. Clinicians are constantly losing their information and so many bugs and glitches.

Support is terrible and rarely responds, and when they do it's normally a condescending conversation. I've used Kinnser for over 8 years and will look for another solution which is sad.

I am the clinical leader and co-owner of a privately held medium sized home health care company. We have been using Kinnser for two years and are very happy.

Medical Biller

I think the software is quite easy to use and Navigate. It's nice to have the working version and a separate training version.

The trainers were not educated as well as they should have been. It was extremely frustrating to schedule training only to be put on hold for 30 min as the trainer tried to locate information.

We are using Kinnser since 2010. Customer support is getting worse each year.

Ability to save templates by name for future use with saved information.

Viewing past treatment notes is very cumbersome and the layout is breaks up the flow and makes reading difficult.

Easy to use schedule, billing and notes. Flow of the notes are well planned.

This is one of the only product which is complete in providing the continuum of Therapy and Agency integration, which helps bring the staffing and the Agency integrated.

It’s okay, I’ve used better documentation systems.

Rehab Director/PT

I am a rehab manager and my therapists have to remember to enter temperature or remember to document on quality of pain which are CMS requirements but KINNSER does not prompt.

Authorization setup not linked to actuation service code being billing until it scheduled, risk utilizing more of one service code than authorized if scheduled wrong.

My team likes that they can get to anything by the tabs on the top of the patient profile and that everything is in one place and easy to locate.

What I like most is the ability to access all the patient information from one place, the patient encounter.

This has helped cut costs within the agency. Support has also been great at helping us get through some issues we experienced on our end.

Careficient was easy system to navigate and really love the billing and invoices feature.

I have used multiple other EMR's and I vote Careficient to be the best.

I know there are work around for this but sometimes, that's not convenient. Also, orders are not set up to require problem, intervention, and goals to be obtained.
