Another major limitation is the lack of proper multi-unit functionality with some channels like Airbnb, which forced us to recreate listings and lose valuable reviews.

The lack of a mobile app also made daily operations more difficult, as our team had to log in through a web browser to check updates.

Channel connectivity was unreliable, and although we requested multi-unit Airbnb support from the start, it was finally confirmed as not available.

This is a very well thought out PMS with awesome tools, direct integration with Airbnb and VRBO and the option for larger property managers to add a channel manager.

Our overall on boarding experience was excellent with the personnel conducting the training being very well qualified and patient with our requests .   If we had queries, they would answer them immediately or can’t find any information that we needed and customise the execution of our needs within the system.

Comprehensive marketing tools also built in as is the option to use multicurrency payments and a raft of payment gateways for guests.

As a startup PM, paying for properties you don't manage is difficult but if this cost is designed to offset training and onboarding, I get it.

I can't rave enough about their proactive customer support - they check in on you to make sure you don't have any issues or needs. And when you do need assistance, they are responsive and helpful.

When it was 365Villas, the back-end had a lot of latency.

GuestWisely offers some great features, but there is still a lot of manual work required.

Glitches, bugs and the fact that there is no on call number or an easy way to get personal contact.

Customer service is very poor, especially during weekends when there is no support at all.

The breadth of the offering is truly impressive and the support received and time spent towards training during the onboarding process exceeded all expectations.

Some key features such as payment processing are not available in my country andI i feel that this should be remedied .

GuestWisely has been a game changer for us, and we're extremely happy with both the software and the whole team behind it.

The on-boarding process and time it takes to be productive takes a bit, but I don’t know if other competitors tools would be more quicker.

Only thing lacking for me is a direct integration with booking.com but this feature is coming in 2025

They recently launched new rally good features that we have been requesting for years to other systems like having final total pricing when placing dated and searching for availability.

Your attentiveness and expertise made the process less stressful and a far more of a positive experience than I was expecting.

With Vrbo, I was able to get reservations confirmed within 24 hours and got almost instant customer support for post reservation request.

Regarding my reservation at Property 3702532 (Unit ID 4276677), booked Jan 7–Mar 4, 2026 for 2 adults: Upon arrival, the unit did not match the Vrbo listing and was not in acceptable condition.

There was an odor of mold/grease, the floor was slippery, furniture was stained and ripped, kitchen cabinets had grease/lint buildup, and the A/C unit was unsecured with exposed wiring.

A week before our rental I continued to receive emails about my rental, including the door code and instructions. Yet when we arrived, the door code was not working.

I most like being able to see multiple units on one page, including their distance from key landmarks, like restaurants and shopping.

I was promised a call to help me make alternative arrangments after the Vrbo we reserved was 'not available' because the home was sold.

Long story short, after contacting Vrbo support and literally going back and forth for a few weeks, they offered to reimburse me $500 and $250 in One Key cash.
