They have an excellent sales team whom really oversold us on their service. Careful. Nice support team as well (if/when you can reach them) but very limited support hours, often hard to reach. Moreover, they have a lot of hidden fees (specifically for credit card processing) that make them a lot more expensive than we initially anticipated when signing up.

Overall very happy with the software

Frustrating, I was under the impression that the software was smarter. A simple report will force you to do a bunch of manual calculations. Taxes aren't included in payout breakdowns, not sure how that was decided.

Does the job, but somewhat disappointing

Muitos problemas no processo de implementação das 7 unidades com imensos overbookings a ocorrerem que nos causaram imensos transtornos e perda de tempo de contacto com booking, expedia e cloudbeds para entender o que se estava a passar. Continuamos com problemas de sincronização da tarifa da HotelBeds desde Novembro, temos de alterar manualmente o preço da reserva para coincidir com o cartão a ser cobrado. Tive dois meses sem acesso a faturas , e tive que insistir imenso para que a situação ficasse resolvida. Tenho de aceder quase todos os dias aos documentos fiscais, portanto isto causou-me imenso transtorno. De resto , ultimamente os problemas que tenho tido têm sido praticamente todos resolvidos rapidamente pelo suporte que faz o melhor que pode (por vezes acho que podiam ser mais proativos).

I feel quite let down with cloudbeds, as mentioned above their support just isn’t there fast enough. 
It’s such a shame because the system itself is great and very user friendly. I told the sales team that my number 1 priority is the customer service and they said they were excellent with it. They’re not, and if they don’t fix the current issue I will be forced to move to another program.

We understand how important it is to get a hold of a representative and while we're email-based, our team is looking into improving and providing quicker response methods. We have just introduced a live chat option and in the future, we will certainly consider offering a better direct contact.

I've been through 5 PMS, 4 of them in the last 3 years. My difficulty was to find a software that was adequate for my guesthouse and my vacation apartments. I finally found what I needed in Cloudbeds. It was recommended to me by another hotel and it was my lucky day! This software is very easy to use, complete and they're always making it better with all the suggestions given by us. The customer support is the best I've ever worked with, very professional and fast in helping you. Probably because the software works so well they don't have many complains! The PMS has a channel manager for all the main websites and increasing daily the number of channels. It works perfectly without any problems and no double bookings due to connection delays. We have freed 3/4 hours of daily work  with this PMS, which we can apply to other activities. 
If you're looking for a excellent PMS with a reasonable price than this is what you want. I highly recommend this system and I intend to  keep working with them for a long long time. 

Great PMS and always improving

Our experience has been fantastic! I've worked with many PMS  and this by far has been the easiest to use. One aspect of the experience that far outweighs any other is the quality of your Customer Support. First Class!

I love Cloudbeds.  Everything in the dashboard and menu are easy to navigate and manipulate.  Very intuitive interface.  I am ecstatic that they listen to and implement suggestions very quickly.  I don't regret leaving my old PMS for these guys, they are great!

CloudBeds is one of the best services available, if not the best.  Our hotel has been working with them for over a year now, and couldn't be any happier. Their broad range of tools makes them the top 'Value for money' software. They have the complete package, and can adapt the software and costs for your needs and size of the hotel. Another great thing is that they have been updating the software with new tools that we as users request, and support is excellent via email or phone. We use of all the tools they provide, PMS, OTA manager, Website Booking Engine, among others, which are quite user friendly and saves you a lot of time and resources. We tried other services at the time, and decided that CloudBeds met all of our needs, and we don't regret our choice. We can definitely recommend them to any hospitality owner /operator.

There is zero support, they send you to a knowledge base and NO PHONE TO CALL. The api to airbnb does not work and actually blocks calendars randomly.

Inability to add service and tax charges at the end of the bill ( ie- the total of tax & service charges, not on each item). Nowhere to leave notes to others using the system.

Our bounce rate quadrupled overnight as people would leave the website thinking we had no availability. There are no reports for the accounting side.

From the very first time we spoke, Rep has been available to answer questions and help me structure my subscription. He was polite, informative, and really familiar with his product.

I'm very happy about this as I think it will make a big impact on driving direct bookings for us. To me this shows that they are looking out for us as their customers.
