Pros

Easy to use for the administrator as well as the every day user. Great customer service and amazing help setting it all up in the first place.
Our customers like the Booking Engine, and we like the integration with the sites like Booking.com and Expedia. We also like the variety of financial reports.
Fantastic customer support (usual queries resolved in less than an hour). Lot of useful reports and features like housekeeping and cash draw.

Pros

What I liked most about Clock PMS is The workflow is simple, great API functions and a very good support and technical staff.
Product is always improving and the support staff are excellent. Good value compared to some of the other PMS on the market.
Configure to your own requirements, easy to use, easy to train, great invoice presentation, great channel management option, keep in touch with your guests and encourage Tripadvisor reviews.

Cons

There is zero support, they send you to a knowledge base and NO PHONE TO CALL. The api to airbnb does not work and actually blocks calendars randomly.
Inability to add service and tax charges at the end of the bill ( ie- the total of tax & service charges, not on each item). Nowhere to leave notes to others using the system.
Wish it could stop us from renting rooms that are marked dirty or at least give us a pop-up warning. Don't like the way we have to do group reservations on it.

Cons

As operations are expanding, using a pen and paper is no longer an option.
Hotel system you can no longer go back to availability screen by clicking arrow to previous page when in a customer booking.
Set up costs, 3 coffees and a roast ham sandwich each day, no expensive training fees that software companies demand.

Pros

Cloudbeds is not the cheapest PMS on the market, but it is one of the cleaner solutions from an UX perspective, and the support is top notch! You get what you pay for!

Cons

Nothing to complain about... it's a great PMS.. maybe the price?

It's really a shame that a great software is weaken by pushy sales strategy, that make the software less efficient and create a lot of friction using it.

Pros

Easy to use PMS, nice design. Automated payment processing work great.

Cons

Customer support. What you need to know is that after agreed on a price, they keep trying sell you upgrade on module, propose your trials for module you don't need without telling you the price, then make it very complicted to get a refund. This high pushing sales method are normally for B2C, but they apply them for B2B that make using the software really unconfortable. Also they block all integration...

They have an excellent sales team whom really oversold us on their service. Careful. Nice support team as well (if/when you can reach them) but very limited support hours, often hard to reach. Moreover, they have a lot of hidden fees (specifically for credit card processing) that make them a lot more expensive than we initially anticipated when signing up.

Pros

They have a turnkey solution, although many other PMS providers have it as well.

Cons

By far the biggest issues relate to very poor service. When you eventually reach a support person they are very nice but its so hard to reach anyone when you actually need help. Let me put it this way, we've used Cloudbeds for over two years and have spent the last three days trying to get help from Cloudbeds in merely identifying which report to use, and which line item to use to determine total gross...

Pros

Ease of use and integrations with OTAs. Rapid rate of feature udates.

Cons

It's very expensive and somewhat glitchy at times. Missing native Xero/Quickbooks accounting integration.

the PMS and UX. Easy to use for everyone. Set up is easy and flexible. Integrations are useful

Cons

the Booking Engine - not flexible enough. PIE - trialled but the rate shopper took the wrong rates, not BAR so rate shopping comparison was useless to us.

Great UI. Huge range of features and reporting. No over-bookings ever!

Pros

Cloudbeds has the best Calendar-View for Hotel owners. Apart from that the features are really great - the drag and drop interface for moving bookings, cash-drawer, house-accounts and the channel manager itself. Not to be forgotten, their support is world-class as there team responds within an hour

Cons

At present they don't offer a mobile app for the Hotel owners. Although one could login into the PMS on the mobile browser.

Pros

Our property was using 3 other PMS which were quite highly rated on the market. CloudBeds is the best PMS solution we came across. Customer Service we rate at 15/10. It's functionality - it can do everything your property might require. If are you a small AirBnB owner or managing a big property this is the the best software you can get. Individual approach to the customer and flexibility in everything is something that stands out compared to their competitors. We recommend CloudBeds to everyone in the hospitality market. You will never want to change your PMS. Thank you CloudBeds.

Cons

Nothing to dislike. Everything is perfect.

Pros

The PMS was easy to set up and it works well. We haven't had any problems with overbooking since I started using Cloudbeds and I'm saving so much time.

Cons

Though i find it easy to use, some staff are finding it a bit harder. A mobile app with simple UX for front desk users would greatly improve the product. The reporting could be better but it does the job for now.

Great software let down by slow customer service

I feel quite let down with cloudbeds, as mentioned above their support just isn’t there fast enough. It’s such a shame because the system itself is great and very user friendly. I told the sales team that my number 1 priority is the customer service and they said they were excellent with it. They’re not, and if they don’t fix the current issue I will be forced to move to another program.

Pros

It’s very easy to use, pretty much a drag and drop software. Lots of shortcuts and clear instructions. Saved us a lot of time from previous PMS systems. We really like the software.

Cons

Sadly their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Upon going live I had an issue and couldn’t get hold of anyone for an entire day so my bookings were wrong. Numerous times we’ve had issues that seemed so simple to solve from their end, but they tell me their technical team is working on it and I never hear back on the issue. I’m currently about to reopen after the lockdown and spotted a major issue, 6 days later and they still give me the line that the technical team is looking into it. This lets them down, there is no phone line to call, their responses are very slow and it’s not ideal when you’re in a fast paced environment such as a hotel.

Muitos problemas no processo de implementação das 7 unidades com imensos overbookings a ocorrerem que nos causaram imensos transtornos e perda de tempo de contacto com booking, expedia e cloudbeds para entender o que se estava a passar. Continuamos com problemas de sincronização da tarifa da HotelBeds desde Novembro, temos de alterar manualmente o preço da reserva para coincidir com o cartão a ser...

Pros

intuitivo, bom design, tem uma equipa de suporte disponível 24 horas, o facto de termos channel manager, booking engine e pms num só software facilita imenso o dia-a-dia de todas as unidades

Cons

recursos que faltam - sincronização de tarifas com as OTA's que não sejam só a tarifa Standard; o facto de não termos possibilidade de colocar preços por ocupação; as unidades Spot Apartments têm perfis / páginas diferentes e não tendo ligação entre elas faz com que o dia-a-dia seja dificil de gerir porque temos de ver propriedade a propriedade em vez de ter só um perfil (Spot Apartments) com as diferentes localizações (exemplo: se quisermos mudar um hospede de uma unidade para outra temos de cancelar a reserva e criar a reserva na outra unidade porque nao existe possibilidade de alocar de uma unidade para outra); outra coisa +é o facto de vocÊs não terem um alerta de preço minimo , isso era algo muito util ter por causa dos erros de digitação (colocar 5€ em vez de 50€).

Our experience has been fantastic! I've worked with many PMS and this by far has been the easiest to use. One aspect of the experience that far outweighs any other is the quality of your Customer Support. First Class!

Pros

The entire user interface is simple to use. I work from the calendar generally and have found that navigating in and around the calendar is very simple. And integration was a breeze!

Cons

One feature that i would like to see is the ability to apply percentage discounts directly to the rate structure.

Great PMS and always improving

I've been through 5 PMS, 4 of them in the last 3 years. My difficulty was to find a software that was adequate for my guesthouse and my vacation apartments. I finally found what I needed in Cloudbeds. It was recommended to me by another hotel and it was my lucky day! Easy to use, very complete. Well organized and flexible. They're always looking for ways to improve

Cons

Housekeeping module still needs a bit of working; reports also need improvement and the list of channels available could be higher. However they work all the time to improve so it's just a matter of time

I am very happy with the software

Pros

Cloudebeds is a PMS you get with a channel manager and booking engine. All in one software. You could learn how to use it without any one help. It has learning videos for most of the functions. Now it has multi currency functions as well.

Cons

Easy to use and cost-effective invoicing solution with a great list of features.

Best bang for the buck in the market!

I love Cloudbeds. Everything in the dashboard and menu are easy to navigate and manipulate. Very intuitive interface. I am ecstatic that they listen to and implement suggestions very quickly. I don't regret leaving my old PMS for these guys, they are great!

For small properties it is a really good system, very complete and with many resources that will help to manage and achieve awesome results, due to a variety of tools and options of revenue and marketing strategies.

Pros

If you look for an efficient and Complete PMS, and you have a small property, this is a really good system. It is very easy to use and to implement, and there are very tools for management of sales, channels and rates that really makes difference.

Cons

The problem with the accuracy of inventory when you add or remove a room really impact the reports and overall management of the properties, and if this volatility is a reality, it will cause problems.

It is an all in one product and as a SME Hotel it helps us a lot. A very Customer Oriented company as they help through support, maximization of the system and understanding the client's situation. Comfortable as it is a user friendly PMS especially the Management reports.

Time saver

We changed to Cloudbeds in June 2016 and can highly recommend them! It saves a lot of time when bookings are coming directly in to PMS from different OTA's. Also we saw a huge decrease of OTA bookings when we set up our own booking site.
