Last night I actually had a guest checkin during our first power failure in 6 years and I firmly believe that being able to communicate with her prior to checkin about the status made all of the difference to saving that reservation and having a happy guest this morning.

As a small lodging property, their plan worked great for me.

We would like to have a maintenance feature, where we can print reports that show what items need attention by room, like broken toilet, mattress wear, etc.  I also would like a real APP for the phone because when you just bookmark the booking calendar via safari or web browser, on the phone it will not navigate easily.

The booking engine feature was not the best fit for our property as it did not show availability.
